#8 smocked farm romper, $45 + shipping. Smockable boy’s romper, size 3T, which cost $40 from Martha Pullen Company. It was smocked with Ellen McCarn’s Farmland plate. Utility buttons replaced with MOP, collar and cuffs embellished, machine hem removed out and stitched by hand–and then never worn. Maybe I made too many clothes for Alastair.
